Yes they can if you are happy for them to do so, or alternatively we can contact them on your behalf.
Q3. What forms will you need me to complete before I get paid?
All our forms are electronic so will you need your own valid email address to receive them. The documents will differ per employment model…….
CIS/Non-CIS Sole Trader – You will need to complete/sign a
- Contract for Services;
- Self-Employment Declaration;
- Assignment Schedule;
- SDC Assessment;
- Agency Conduct Regs. Choice
Umbrella PAYE/PEO PAYE – You will need to complete a
- Contract of Employment or Worker contract;
- Assignment Schedule;
- Holiday Pay (choice) form;
- Agency Conduct Regs. Choice;
- New starter tax/student loan form
Q4. What registration emails will I receive?
It is a very easy process for you to register/complete forms.
- You will receive a ‘Please Complete your Registration Forms’ email
Click the ‘COMPLETE FORMS’ button on the email, fill in any required fields for personal details, upload your RTW in the UK documents if possible and click the ‘Save and Continue’ button.

Next page is your work details and will include an Assignment Schedule and an SDC Assessment (self employed only). Once complete hit the ‘SUBMIT’ button, you should then see a ‘Thank you!’ message.

You will receive an email for a ‘Digital Signature Request’……click on ‘Start Signing’ and then the ‘Proceed to document’ button. Click ‘Agree and continue’ at the top right of the page, to sign where required. You can also check the document.
- STEP 4…..
Click on the ‘Finish’ button at the top right of the page, a message will appear – ‘You have signed this document’. You will now receive a PDF copy of your contract.
