Q1. Am I covered by Orbital’s insurances whilst on assignment?
As a business we are obliged to have cover for Employers Liability, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity in the event of a claim against us or contractors we engage. However, this does not mean that every scenario will be covered.
Q2. Do I get personal accident cover with Orbital?
Yes, we offer personal accident cover while you are at your workplace only (not commute). Details of cover are attached in every ‘Welcome to Orbital’ on-board email.
Q3. How do I make a claim on the personal accident cover?
You must inform your agency what has happened and also send us full details of the claim along with evidence e.g. accident reports, photo’s, doctors notes etc.
