1. Service Fulfilment:

1.2. Delivery Timelines:

  • Payroll schedules are agreed upon during the onboarding process.
  • All payroll tasks will be completed and delivered in accordance with the established schedule unless otherwise communicated.

1.3. Accuracy Guarantee:

We strive for accuracy in all payroll calculations and filings. In the unlikely event of an error caused by our team, we will promptly investigate and resolve the issue at no additional cost to the client.

1.4. Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information by the agreed-upon deadlines. Delays or inaccuracies in data provided may impact our ability to fulfil services in a timely manner.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1. Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Errors in payroll processing caused by Orbital Payroll Group Ltd and its subsidiaries, that result in financial losses to the client.
  • Services not rendered due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.

2.2. Non-Refundable Situations:

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Client-provided errors or incomplete information.
  • Services completed and delivered as per the agreement.

2.3. Refund Process:

Clients requesting a refund must submit a written request within 30 days of identifying the issue. Refunds will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days of approval.

3. Cancellation Policy:

3.1. Service Cancellation:
