Payslips/remittances get sent by email and portal upload at the end of the day that they are processed.
Q2. How do I access my payslips/remittances?
You can access your payslip/remittance by….
1. Email – We will send your pay advice directly to your email, to access it you must enter your date of birth in this format – 01/01/2023
2. Portal Login – Once you have activated your portal link you can log in to see your payslips history 24/7
Q3. How do I log into my online portal?
When your account is registered on our payroll system you are sent an activation email…
If you have you been sent an activation email? – Good stuff. Now set a password and you’re good to login but be quick because the link only lasts for 24 hours!
Q4. I can’t access my portal/remember my password?
Don’t panic, drop us a message to request a re-activation email

Q5. What are the employment/company deductions on my Umbrella PAYE payslip?
Your Umbrella rate must cover the employment costs (of the Umbrella employer) besides your pay and is split into two parts…
1. Reconciliation page deductions
Deductions from the Gross amount include - Company margin, ER’S NI, App. Levy, Holiday Pay, Pension (if applicable)
2. Payslip page deductions

Q6. I think my tax code is wrong?
Have you sent us your most recent P45 before your first payment?.......We can’t accept your P45 after your first payroll has been processed, which means you could pay more tax.
If you have sent your P45, this might still be getting updated by HMRC but will be resolved. If you have paid too much tax, you may get a rebate on a future payroll

Q9. Will I be sent a P60 at tax year-end?
P60’s will be automatically sent to your portal login.
Q10. Can I request a statement of earnings for my tax return?
No need, we automatically email and upload statements to your portal at tax year-end.
Q11. My CIS tax deduction looks too high?
Have you activated your UTR number with HMRC for the CIS scheme?......Please ask us to check and/or re-verify your UTR number -

Q12. I don’t understand my payslip?
Let us help CIS Sole Trader – Simple, all you need to work out is Gross pay – minus our margin – minus 20% or 30% CIS tax equals Net pay.
Non-CIS Sole Trader – YES – Super simple, all you need to work out is Gross pay – minus our margin – equals Net pay. Tax is accounted for at year-end.

PEO PAYE – YES – Simple PAYE rate with only personal tax, NI deducted besides holiday pay and pension (if applicable)
