Choose the ‘Haven’t registered with Orbital’ link which can be found on the ‘Register with us’ or the ‘New job? Take us with you’ buttons on the main dashboard.
You will be asked to fill out: Username, email address, password/repeat password. This will then create you own profile specifically for logging into the app which allows you to utilise these features...
If you still need to fill out some registration forms for us, once you are logged into the App you can choose to register your assignment details and some personal details for either Umbrella PAYE or CIS self-employed, which will then generate a registration pack being sent to you via email, for you to sign electronically. In addition, you can also take a picture of your ID docs or upload a previously saved file to help confirm your Right to Work in the UK status.
Once submitted, the documents will come through to us to let us know you are registered and ready to pay.
We want you to be happy with the overall Orbital experience and hope that you will want to stay with us as you move onto new assignments.
In order to let us know when you have moved onto a new assignment or job role etc. simply fill out the details in this section, hit submit and we can contact the client on your behalf to let them know that you are registered with us. This keeps all your ‘earnings’ details in one place and cuts down on you having to re-register every time you move agency/end client.
This allows you to view your payslips/remittances on a weekly basis and submit expenses (if applicable) on the main Orbital contractor portal. This is accessed by a separate login (to your app login) that we send to you by email, upon registration. Simply choose a username and password to get up and running.
If you are used to previously logging in through our website (orbitalservices.co.uk), this app. version gives you faster, at-your-fingertips access to your payroll documents. If you prefer to use the website, feel free to carry on!
Navigating around the app is designed to be easy and self-explanatory, but please let us know if it is not! We have information on self-employment and Umbrella PAYE, pensions, a guide to the Orbital portal and a news section. There is also the obligatory contact us, FAQ’s section and some really exciting bits about policies and Right to Work checklists. You can also update your profile as and when required, besides using the registration and new job details we mentioned earlier.
